Registration Eligibility

To open an account on bd43 and use the platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must open an account in your own name and on your own behalf — creating an account on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
• You may hold only one account; if multiple accounts are created, all of them will be closed and the balance may be forfeited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, complete and up to date.
• If you are a resident of a region where online gaming is prohibited under applicable law, you may not use this platform.

Identity Verification (KYC)

bd43 may request identity verification from a user at any time to ensure the security and transparency of the platform. The following documents may be required for verification:

• A copy of your National Identity Card (NID) or passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method (bKash, Nagad or bank account).

If identity verification is not completed, withdrawal requests may be temporarily suspended.

• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if identity verification has not been completed or if suspicious activity is detected.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements have been met.

General Betting Rules

The following rules always apply when placing bets on bd43:

• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• The results of cricket and other sports events will be determined based on the official results announced by the relevant sports authority.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be refunded, unless the applicable rules state otherwise.

• Service disruptions caused by changes in applicable laws.
• Loss resulting from the user's own negligence or security breach.
• Unforeseen natural disasters or other unexpected circumstances (force majeure).

In any case, bd43's maximum liability will be limited to the total amount deposited by the relevant user.
